Retorika for Multiculturalism establishes educational workshops for high school students from different sectors in the country and abroad with the aim of creating a foundation for joint work.

In recent years and in collaboration with Jerusalem Peacebuilders, Retorika for Multiculturalism co-directs the EXCEL Institute Teacher Training program.
